Marketing Auditing Services

Page Analysis: Each page on your site may have a different marketing profile. We will create a list of template types which will be tested. We will also work with you to compile a list of five (5) additional pages which we will test, based on analytics data and relevance of the most visited pages.

Analytics Review: A review of analytics platform (e.g. Google Analytics) configuration to ensure it is correctly set up to track relevant information (e.g. conversions, custom events) and sharing data with related platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Google Search Console).

Tag Analysis: A review of the tags (e.g. JavaScript “pixels”) which exist on your website, collecting data and tracking user behavior.

Structured Data Analysis: A review of structured data (schema and Open Graph) which exists.

Keyword Analysis: An examination of search keywords which are directing traffic to the site, and (as possible) competitors sites.

Email Marketing Analysis: An examination of recent email marketing campaigns, automated campaign configuration, and content.

Behavior Analysis: An examination of how users interact with, and navigate through, the website.

Audience Analysis: A review of visitor demographics, interests, and cohort identification.

Search Engine Marketing Analysis: An examination of applicable search engine marketing accounts’ setup, audience targeting, creative, copy and catalogs.

Social Media Marketing Analysis: An examination of applicable social media marketing accounts’ setup, audience targeting, creative, copy and catalogs.

Written “Summary of Findings” Audit Report:

A written report including a list of our findings and recommendations.

Prioritization Matrix

A prioritization matrix including the estimated return (impact) of each recommendation and level-of-effort (cost and timeline) to implement.

Presentation of “Summary of Findings”

Upon completion of the “Summary of Findings” Audit Report, Trellis will schedule a call with important stakeholders from the client’s team and present the report.
